Job summary

Valeo Czechowice-Dziedzice hosts a state-of-the-art R&D and production hub focused on high-volume automotive systems. We seek a proactive System Engineer to own mass-production products, drive cross-functional problem solving, and ensure seamless integration between plant lines and platform engineering.

The role requires a strong background in automotive engineering, embedded systems, and structured problem solving, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in automotive engineering and serial production support.
• Strong knowledge of system interfaces (SW/HW/Cybersecurity).

Responsibilities

• Own system defects in mass production and manage end-of-line/test issues.
• Bridge production teams with platform experts across SW, HW, and testing.
• Lead root-cause analysis using 8D/QRQC/5-Why methods.
• Coordinate ECO/CR changes, software updates, and hardware revisions.
• Analyze CAN/LIN/Ethernet and UDS logs to locate issues.
• Support quality and continuous improvement to reduce scrap.
