Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies seeks a D365 Functional Consultant to join an international team in Warsaw. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, with a maternity cover in a mainly Warsaw-based team of experts.

The position offers in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Strong English communication and finance industry experience are valued, along with the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with D365FO across project and accounting modules (and HR, AP, AR as relevant).
• Proven ability to design end-to-end business processes and facilitate workshops with business users.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end business processes for D365FO solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to analyze and design D365 solutions; address gaps from POC.
• Demonstrate and document options, recommendations, and change implications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business needs are captured in specifications.
• Support incident/bug resolution and conduct testing in non-production environments.

Job description

In the role of D365 Functional Consultant, you will join an international team to implement and maintain business processes in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operation. You will be joining an already well-established team that is mainly based in the Warsaw office, which currently consists of 13 highly skilled experts.

The D365 Functional Consultant will engage in decision-making discussions related to agility, business value, and business processes as well as supporting end-customers in BEC and banks. The team is working very closely with the business side, therefore having good communication skills with an application maintenance mindset would also be key to succeeding in this role.

At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, while also offering the flexibility to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Oleg Sokolov .

This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

• Design end-to-end business processes
• Facilitate and accelerate the decision process, considering the business strategy, drivers, requirements, and challenges, while utilizing the newest and best technologies relevant to the solution proposed.
• Establish an overview of the requirements defined by the business and help design the best possible solution.
• Design and document the business process.
• Facilitate workshops with the business to analyze and design solutions for D365 application, and handle gaps detected during POC (proof of concept).
• Perform solution demo to the business users.
• The document, propose and discuss solution options, recommendations, and implications on change requests / bugs with your colleagues and users.
• Working with technical personnel to make sure that the business needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions that are required.
• Help the existing team with solving incidents/bugs.
• Perform testing in our non-production environments.

To succeed you will have:

• Previous project implementation experience (Customization, Testing, Documentation)
• D365FO Application experience (Project and accounting, Human resources, AP, AR and etc.)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• A customer-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and be challenged
• Ability to work independently, yet be part of a team
• Finance industry experience (preferred but not essential)
