Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions for international clients.

You will lead workshops, document requirements, map processes to Dynamics 365 CE, and collaborate with developers in an Agile environment. Fluent Polish and English are required, with ongoing professional development and certifications offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a functional consultant or business analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, requirements analysis and functional solution design.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Power Platform configuration and low-code capabilities.
