Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to join a long-term project focused on developing and enhancing a CRM platform. This hands-on role covers both functional configuration and technical development, translating business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions and building integrations.

You will analyse requirements, configure CRM components, automate processes with Power Automate, design workflows, and work with stakeholders to optimise CRM

Qualifications

• Solid commercial experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 CRM, including tables, forms, views, relationships and security.
• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate, workflows and Business Process Flows.
• Build custom extensions and enhance existing CRM functionality.
• Work on integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Support testing, deployments and troubleshooting.
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to shape and improve CRM processes.
