Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join an international IT team. This senior hands-on role combines solution design, development, architecture, governance and L3 support.

The successful candidate will design and support solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive and Dataverse, and contribute to security, licensing and platform standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, Teams/SharePoint integration, OneDrive and Dataverse.
• Proven experience delivering and supporting business-critical M365 solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and PowerShell, plus other development/integration technologies.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance (DLP, retention, external sharing).
• Experience with IT service management, incident/problem/change and release processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership of complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft 365.
• Build business applications and workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists and Dataverse.
• Contribute to M365 architecture, governance, security, permissions, DLP, licensing and platform standards.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and L3 support for complex M365 and Power Platform environments.
• Implement robust ALM, source control, testing, deployment, monitoring and release processes.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Work closely with technical teams, service owners, security, compliance and business stakeholders in an international environment.
