Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for a Dynamics CRM Developer to join one of the largest Microsoft Business Applications teams in Poland. You will design and implement CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, collaborating with international project teams across industries.

The role requires at least 3 years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience, strong C# / .NET skills, Power Platform know-how, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in programming for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (C#, .NET).
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Good command of the English language.
• Fluent in Polish required.
• Residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business solutions in MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, including integrations with external systems.
• Create new business functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and maintain existing ones.
• Model and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform processes and functionalities according to client needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify system-related issues, test, and document work.
• Estimate effort for project tasks and collaborate with consultants and developers in preparing solutions for clients.
