Job summary
Nigel Frank International is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, collaborating with clients and technical teams on end-to-end implementation projects.
You will lead client workshops, gather and document requirements, map business processes to Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, and define robust functional solutions within Agile projects.
Qualifications
- Experience as a functional consultant or business analyst on Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM implementations.
- Strong CRM processes, requirements analysis, and functional design.
- Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
- Excellent communication in Polish and English (B2+).
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Map business processes to Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and define functional solutions.
- Manage user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlogs within Agile projects.
- Configure and prototype CRM solutions using Power Platform and low-code tools.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on solution delivery, testing and continuous improvement.
- Support user adoption and prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
