Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, customisation and Dataverse data models.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 solutions to support Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing processes.
• Extend standard platform functionality where required.
• Develop integrations and migrations from existing CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, developers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
