Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards. You will lead code reviews, mentor peers, design deployment pipelines, and participate in architecture discussions.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join a technical team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The person in this role will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) using supported frameworks and best practices.
• Analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose pragmatic solutions that meet performance and maintainability goals.
• Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor less-experienced developers to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, contribute technical estimates, and support project planning activities.
• Develop and maintain deployment pipelines, configuration scripts, and environment setup documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Document development work, including technical designs, operational runbooks, and release notes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE developer with several completed implementations or major upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform capabilities, data model, security model, and customisation options.
• Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration patterns using Azure services is preferred.
• Familiarity with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment techniques.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data migration strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications are an advantage.
