Job summary

Workster is partnering with a multinational BPO company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Recruiter who will attract top talent, interview applicants, and onboard new hires. You will collaborate with different departments and managers to validate information and ensure a smooth integration of new employees.

You will use databases, social media, and job fairs to source candidates, while building strong relationships with applicants throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication.
• English fluency (B2 level).
• University degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar.
• Proven work experience in recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes (profile, assessments, interviews, follow-up).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of referral programs.
• Positive, proactive attitude with community-building mindset.

Your Role

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others

• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes

• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information

• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company

• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter

• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dtuch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication

The Offer

• Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year)

• Reimbursed airfare to support relocation. For candidates coming from outside of Portugal accommodation support is also provided
