Job summary

FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a leading international BPO in Lisbon. The role covers on-site in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal, including a relocation package and flight ticket.

You’ll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, delivering practical help without scripted corporate talk. The package includes housing options and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
