Job summary

FH Collective Academy is op zoek naar een Nederlandssprekende klantenservice specialist voor Lissabon. Je staat klanten te woord via telefoon, e-mail of chat en biedt praktische, menselijke ondersteuning vanuit een internationaal team.

De positie biedt een relocation-pakket inclusief vlucht en huisvestingopties; een salaris van €1.220–€1.500 bruto per maand, met extra bonussen en verzekering vanaf dag één.

Qualifications

• Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands (C1/C2) en een goed niveau Engels.
• Woonachtig in Portugal of bereid te verhuizen.
• Geniet van het praten met mensen en het helpen van klanten.

Responsibilities

• Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor Nederlandstalige klanten via telefoon, e-mail of chat.
• Je biedt oprechte, nuttige ondersteuning en helpt bij dagelijkse vragen binnen ons internationale team.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
