Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, with a relaxed, helpful approach in a diverse, international team.

The role offers on-site work in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal. We cover relocation with a flight ticket and accommodation option, plus paid training and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
