Job summary

Aon in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior Technical Accounting Administrator with Dutch to join our Cash Clearing team. This on-site role offers a hybrid option and involves cash reconciliations and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in accounting, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong analytical skills. Experience with ERP systems and high-volume reconciliations is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of progressive accounting experience focused on cash and reconciliations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) at least B2 level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, complex reconciliations and items.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash clearing and bank reconciliations.
• Work with Excel and financial data ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, verify, and reconcile financial information and docs.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.
• Collaborate with local/international stakeholders in Dutch and English.
• Support process improvements and standardization of procedures.
