Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative for our hospitality client. This entry-level role includes structured, fully paid training for two months on-site in Athens, Greece, after which you will transition to a fully remote position from anywhere within Greece.

You will handle Dutch inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with hotel reservations and modifications, and provide clear, customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1)
• English at B2 level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the initial two-month training
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required
• No prior customer service experience required; paid training provided

Responsibilities
