Job summary

PPG is seeking a Customer Operations professional in Gdynia to support European customers and internal teams in a collaborative, international environment.

You will join a friendly Customer Operations team, with onboarding and training to help you grow, and a mix of in-office and remote work Monday through Thursday with Flexible Fridays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or order management.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Experience or coursework in logistics is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy and timely processing.
• Monitor order status and follow up with customers for updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate communication between sales, supply chain, factory teams, and pricing.
• Handle invoice tasks: processing, corrections, credit/debit notes, and non-technical complaints.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers for on-time shipments.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply and production teams to ensure availability.

From the start, you will join a friendly and supportive Customer Operations team, with access to onboarding, training, and guidance to help you grow in your role.

Location: Gdynia, Łużycka 8A

Your responsibilities:

• Entering and managing customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Monitoring the status of orders and proactively following up with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
• Facilitating clear and effective communication between internal stakeholders including sales representatives, supply chain, factory teams, and pricing departments.
• Handling invoice-related tasks such as processing, corrections, issuing credit/debit notes, and managing non-technical complaints.
• Coordinating delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with supply and production teams to maintain product availability.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or order management role.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience or academic background in logistics will be considered a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
