Job summary

Qualifications

• Very good English (C1) and Dutch (B2+/C1) proficiency.
• Administrative/analytical experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication with client focus, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations in line with SLAs.
• Identify process issues and drive improvements.
• Increase team knowledge and act as SME for processes.
• Suggest and implement tool/documentation changes to support delivery.
• Back up team manager when needed.
• Plan and coordinate projects to successful closure.
