Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking a Client Service Delivery Coordinator with Dutch to join the Cracow-based team. The role focuses on supporting ongoing operations and driving continuous improvement within a hybrid working setup.

The position requires strong English (C1) and Dutch (B2+/C1), plus administrative and analytical experience. You will work to optimize processes and deliver high-quality service to internal clients while collaborating with brokers and consultants.

Qualifications

• Very Good English (CEFR C1) and Dutch B2+/C1.
• Previous administrative/analytical experience (insurance market is a plus).
• Ability to analyse processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent client-focused communication (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong delegation and results orientation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify and respond to risks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and manage workload per SLAs.
• Identify process issues and drive solutions across teams.
• Increase process knowledge across the team.
• Act as SME for processes and resolve issues.
• Suggest and implement tooling and documentation improvements.
• Back up team manager when required.
• Coordinate and plan projects to ensure successful closure.
• Develop training materials and procedures for new processes.
