Job summary

RTX is seeking a NOC Technician responsible for autonomously monitoring and maintaining network and infrastructure systems. The role requires working with limited supervision and communicating policies clearly to team members.

The position supports collaborative efforts with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure high service reliability and to drive ongoing improvements within the NOC environment.

Qualifications

• University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze issues across multiple systems or domains.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise systems, programs, and procedures.
• Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor and analyze network performance across diverse systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents before escalation.
• Provide detailed technical documentation and recommended actions.
• Contribute to process improvements within the NOC environment.
