Job summary

RTX is seeking a NOC Technician in Poland to autonomously monitor and maintain network and infrastructure systems with limited supervision.

The role requires a university degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree, plus advanced networking knowledge and monitoring tools. You will work with engineering, security, and operations to enhance service reliability.

Qualifications

• University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Advanced understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze issues across multiple systems or domains.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise systems, programs, and procedures.
• Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze network performance across diverse systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents before escalation.
• Provide detailed technical documentation and recommended actions.
• Contribute to process improvements within the NOC environment.
• Support larger, moderately complex operational projects and service initiatives.

• Explain policies and system behaviors to team members and customers.
