Job summary

RTX in Poland is looking for a NOC Technician who will monitor and maintain network and infrastructure systems with limited supervision. You will analyze performance, troubleshoot incidents, document actions, and support cross-functional teams to improve service reliability in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a university degree (or higher) and at least two years of relevant experience, familiarity with networking protocols and monitoring tools, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Advanced understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze issues across multiple systems or domains.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise systems, programs, and procedures.
• Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor and analyze network performance across diverse systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents before escalation.
• Provide detailed technical documentation and recommended actions.
• Contribute to process improvements within the NOC environment.
• Support larger, moderately complex operational projects and service initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive service reliability.
