Job summary

Jit Team seeks an seasoned Application Manager/SME to own the lifecycle, stability, and continuous improvement of a data and reporting solution in a multinational environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and tech teams to ensure reliable performance and high data quality.

You will drive automation, optimize data flows and contribute to scalable future-state design while aligning with risk, security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in application lifecycle management and application support.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Understanding of data quality, reporting processes and data governance.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Background as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Application Analyst, Application Manager, Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of risk, security and compliance principles.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work across different organizational levels.
• Experience in project management or driving cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full application lifecycle of a business-critical data and reporting solution.
• Ensure application availability, stability, performance and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across applications, processes and data flows.
• Support incident, problem and change management activities.
• Monitor and improve data quality, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate vendors and stakeholders across multiple business and technology functions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for recurring processes and reporting.
• Maintain application documentation, operational procedures and governance standards.
• Support risk, security, audit and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to future-state solution design and application evolution.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and enhancement initiatives.
