Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking a highly analytical DORA ROI Data & Regulatory Specialist to join a strategic initiative focused on delivering DORA ROI. You will own data quality, governance across ROI data sources, and ensure timely regulatory deliveries.

As a BAU transition lead, you will coordinate with sourcing, risk, IT, and legal to drive regulatory reporting, data reconciliation, and data quality improvements while maintaining strict governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data analysis, data management or business analysis.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (preferably DORA, EBA, ICT risk).
• Ability to manage stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization/data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis across multiple internal systems and sources.
• Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures for DORA ROI reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data completeness.
• Drive regulatory deliverables and ensure compliance with DORA requirements.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and propose mitigations.
• Contribute to process definition and governance for ROI data collection.
• Act as data owner / data quality lead for ROI data.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, controls, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure sustainable data maintenance processes.
• Support ongoing regulatory reporting and audits related to DORA.
• Drive continuous improvement across data processes and tooling.
