Zusammenfassung

sun.store is seeking a Head of Distribution to assess opportunities and build a European distribution presence for solar, storage, electronics, and related products. You will lead a growing distribution team and own profitability, inventory, and working capital.

The role combines entrepreneurial execution with data-driven decision making, supplier partnerships and a hybrid work model based in Warsaw. You will identify markets, shape strategy and scale the local distribution operation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of building or scaling a distribution business in solar, storage, electronics, or closely related sectors.
• Strong relationships with suppliers and understanding how professional customers buy.
• Experience managing product range, pricing, inventory and working capital through changing market conditions.
• Judgment to test a market carefully and scale investment when the economics are proven.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to work with data and a B2B marketplace.
• Comfort with data and using software and automation to scale commercial work.

Aufgaben

• Develop the distribution team and operating processes as the business grows.
• Develop tools that would allow leveraging data to improve purchasing, pricing, spot demand and match it with available supply.
• Identify the markets, customer segments and product categories where local distribution could win.
• Build a repeatable sales operation serving installers and other professional buyers.
• Define the right approach to inventory, fulfilment and local logistics, starting at a scale justified by customer demand.
• Own commercial results, inventory turns, working capital and profitability.
