Vestas seeks a Director, Service Sales Poland & Baltics to lead a high-performing team and accelerate profitable service growth across Poland and the Baltics. The role drives long-term partnerships, expands aftermarket offerings, and develops new service solutions within a dynamic European market.

Based in Warsaw or Szczecin, you will balance growth with customer value, collaborate with global functions, and travel frequently to support key customers and projects while advancing Vestas' service

Formación

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in account management, sales, after-sales, OEM sales, or other long-term service businesses for capital-intensive assets.
• Leadership experience within a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated results in meeting business targets while advancing continuous improvement efforts.
• Customer First mindset with experience delivering change and business results across functions and geographies.
• Professional English skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Solid commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, profitability, and customer value.
• Ability to manage change and create momentum in an evolving environment.
• Strategic mindset with a forward-looking approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Comfortable engaging senior customer stakeholders and building alignment across complex organizations.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and inspire your team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and commercial excellence
• Generate profitable growth through long-term service agreements, upgrades, aftermarket products, frame agreements, and emerging service solutions
• Serve as a strategic partner to key customers, helping optimize asset performance, reduce risk, and drive long-term business objectives
• Balance growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction to deliver sustainable business results
• Partner closely with Service Operations to ensure commercial commitments translate into customer value
• Identify new market opportunities and work across NCE and global functions to develop and commercialize relevant offerings
• Build team capabilities and performance while translating Vestas' strategic priorities into customer-focused solutions
