Job summary

Vestas in Poland and the Baltic region is seeking a commercially driven leader to accelerate growth across Poland and the Baltics by deepening customer partnerships, expanding aftermarket offerings, and introducing new service solutions. You will join the NCE Service Sales Onshore team handling strategic relationships in the region.

The role requires leading teams, delivering long-term value, and driving profitability while aligning with corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in account management, sales, after-sales, OEM sales, or other long-term service businesses for capital-intensive assets.
• Leadership experience within a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated results in meeting business targets while advancing continuous improvement efforts.
• Customer First mindset with experience delivering change and business results across functions and geographies.
• Professional English skills, both verbally and in writing.

As Vestas continues its transformation from turbine manufacturer to lifecycle energy partner, our Service business is playing an increasingly important role in our customers’ success, profitability, and the energy transition. We are looking for a commercially driven leader to accelerate growth across Poland & the Baltics by deepening customer partnerships, expanding our aftermarket business, and bringing new service solutions to market. You will be part of the NCE Service Sales Onshore team where we handle strategic customer relationships throughout the region. We are a major driver of Vestas' service growth strategy.
