Job summary

The candidate will own design governance, oversee cross-functional workstreams, and lead transformation initiatives across billing, receivables, and integrations in a remote Warsaw locale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with a major ERP finance platform supporting Order-to-Cash.
• Strong R2R lifecycle expertise with global delivery experience.
• Deep understanding of financial close, month-end reporting, and revenue assurance.
• Proven experience scoping, validating, and deploying AI/ML or automation in finance operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R product design strategy from concept through launch and iteration.
• Design and evaluate R2R solutions across the portfolio ensuring business value and enterprise robustness.
• Propose GenAI use cases with feasibility and ROI, aligned with enterprise AI governance.
• Ensure governance, SOX controls, and auditability in all design work.
