Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. is seeking a Design Lead to drive AI-powered product design strategy within the Technology Services Group in GBS Warsaw. You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and business units to shape long-term direction and investment decisions.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in product design leadership, with a strong focus on AI-enabled products and scalable design systems. The position operates on a hybrid model based in Warsaw, Poland.

Qualifications

8–10 years of product design leadership experience.
Experience shaping product and experience strategy, incl. AI- or data-driven products.
Strong leadership, including developing senior talent and guiding cross-functional teams.
Experience with modern AI-enabled design approaches and related tools.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable design and product direction.

Responsibilities

Shape product and experience strategy across complex workstreams, translating business objectives, customer needs, product/data strategy, and evolving AI capabilities into a cohesive long-term direction.
Partner with senior Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to influence product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and investment decisions.
Establish discovery and research strategy for complex opportunities, ensuring evidence informs strategy and investment decisions.
Guide design across teams and workstreams to ensure coherence, scalability, and measurable impact.
