U.S. Bank's Elavon Europe is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join the Customer Due Diligence Quality Assurance Team. You will ensure reviews are performed per procedures and regulatory guidelines, using sharp investigative and AML knowledge.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to train analysts, and collaboration across the team. A hybrid working arrangement is expected, with on-site days at the U.S. Bank location.

Formación

• Fluent in English – both oral and written communication is a must.
• Good knowledge of AML regulations and surveillance.
• Additional European language skills (Dutch, German, Norwegian, Polish or Swedish) are advantageous.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills are expected.
• Excellent analytical abilities and clear communication of findings.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure CDD reviews comply with current procedures and guidelines.
• Develop, prepare, and update training materials for analysts.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires.
• Communicate changes to procedures and processes.
• Perform periodic QA checks on analysts’ reviews.
• Identify errors, address them and verify corrective actions.
