Job summary

UL Solutions in Poland is seeking a Project Manager for Onshore Wind Technical Due Diligence to lead independent engineering and technical advisory work for financing, acquisitions, and divestments across markets. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver IE/TA reports to clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Fluent English is required; proficiency in German, Italian or Polish is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field with at least 4 years in renewable energy, technical due diligence, or project engineering.
• Solid understanding of wind turbine technology and turbine technology assessments.
• Fluent English; proficiency in German, Italian, or Polish is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage IE and TA projects supporting financing, acquisitions, and divestments of wind projects and portfolios.
• Compile and deliver IE and TA reports, summarizing findings, risks and recommendations; coordinate input from multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare proposals outlining scope of work, project approach, team structure, budget, and schedule.
• Lead project execution by coordinating internal resources and project teams to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Serve as the primary client interface for lenders, developers and stakeholders; build strong client relationships.
• Develop communication plans, project status reports and lead regular meetings with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; mentor junior staff and promote best practices across projects.
• Conduct site visits during construction and operation phases; review progress against specs, budgets and schedules.
