Job summary

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLO is hiring a Director of Research, Evaluation and Impact (DREI) to lead research initiatives assessing program effectiveness and community impact. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in evaluation within a nonprofit context.

This full-time position offers flexible work options and a salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 per year. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in impact evaluation or data analysis within a social justice or nonprofit context.
• Strong understanding of racial equity, economic justice, and community empowerment frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and implementing impact evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and evaluation initiatives to assess the effectiveness of programs.
• Develop tools for measuring program impact, including dashboards and surveys.
• Conduct research to support systems change strategies and policy recommendations.
