Job summary

Wavin, part of Orbia's Building & Infrastructure, is creating a centralized Reporting Center in Poznań to deliver financial, operational, and management reporting. You will build from scratch and lead a cross-functional team in a truly international environment.

The role emphasizes FP&A, reporting, BI, and automation, with a strong focus on governance, data quality, and partnering with Global Finance. Fluent English required; Poznań-based with opportunities to shape processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FP&A, reporting, BI, or finance operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SAP, SQL, Oracle, Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional reporting team and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Build from scratch and lead a centralized reporting team delivering financial, operational, and management reporting.
• Drive automation and standardization using Power BI and reporting tools.
• Improve reporting governance, data quality, and processes.
• Partner with Global Finance and business stakeholders worldwide.
• Grow and mentor the Poznań-based reporting team.
