Job summary

Wavin, part of Orbia's Building & Infrastructure, is creating a centralized Reporting Center in Poznań to deliver financial, operational, and management reporting. You will build from scratch and lead a cross-functional team in a truly international environment.

The role emphasizes FP&A, reporting, BI, and automation, with a strong focus on governance, data quality, and partnering with Global Finance. Fluent English required; Poznań-based with opportunities to shape processes and systems.

Manager Reporting Center | FP&A / Reporting / BI | Poznań

We are building something new in Poznań — acentralized Reporting Center that will become the backbone of how we deliver reporting, insights, and business data across our global organization.

This role is ideal for someone coming from FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Reporting, Finance Operations, BI, or Controlling, who enjoys combining business understanding with data, financial reporting, and process improvement.

This isnota purely IT role — however, we are looking for someone with strong systems awareness, understanding of reporting architecture, and interest inautomation, BI, and data flows across organizations, combined withsolid FP&A experience.

What you’ll do:

• Build from scratch and lead a centralized reporting team delivering financial, operational, and management reporting
• Drive automation and standardization using Power BI and reporting tools
• Improve reporting governance, controls, data quality, and reporting processes
• Partner with Global Finance and business stakeholders worldwide
• Build scalable and efficient reporting operations
• Support harmonization and centralization initiatives across the organization
• Build and grow a reporting team in Poznań

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, BI, Finance Operations, or Controlling
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SAP, SQL, Oracle, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
• Understanding of reporting governance, automation, and process optimization
• Ability to combine business understanding with data and systems thinking
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
• Fluent English
