Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Insights & Innovation to lead a major TAIP analytics capability. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, oversee complex delivery, and partner with enterprise data science teams to deliver scalable insights and decision support.

You’ll work across clinical development and analytics to drive adoption, governance, and value realization while guiding teams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MSc, PhD) or equivalent.
• 8+ years in clinical development, trial analytics, biostatistics, data governance, or related areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics, product, or transformation initiatives.
• Governing analytics platforms or data products in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, simulation, and ML concepts.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders, frame decisions, and influence without authority.
• Proven ability to lead teams across global functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAIP analytics capability roadmap and portfolio with clear value measures.
• Govern methods across feasibility, site selection, enrollment forecasting and insights.
• Act as business owner for TAIP analytics products (Photon or other platforms).
• Shape AI/ML approaches, validate expectations and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Synthesize analyses into clear options and recommendations for senior forums.
• Coach teams and drive disciplined problem-solving and documentation.
