Qualifications

• Education: Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA/MSc/MPH/PharmD/PhD or equivalent).
• Experience: 6–8+ years in clinical analytics, management consulting, or trial strategy.
• Experience with clinical trial delivery processes and data-driven decision making.
• Therapeutic area knowledge in Oncology, Neuroscience, Cell Therapy, Hematology, Immunology, or Cardiovascular.
• Strong structured problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience with analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, R, Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own study-level analytics planning and delivery from protocol concept through execution.
• Lead a project team of 3–5 analysts and senior analysts within a trial delivery context.
• Translate study objectives into analytical workstreams including feasibility and forecasting.
• Engage cross-functional study teams to ensure alignment and scientific rigor.
• Contribute to cost analysis including country mix and protocol design trade-offs.
• Lead trial analytics for optimization including patient and site workload assessment.
• Coordinate with field-based teams to inform feasibility and site strategy.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to generate, structure, and communicate trial data.
• Support planning with implications for clinical supply and patient flow.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of tools and outputs across trials.
