Qualifications

MBA/MSc/PhD preferred or equivalent
Experience leading analytics or product workstreams with multiple stakeholders
Forecasting, predictive analytics, simulation, ML and/or AI familiarity
Translating business needs into methods, product requirements, tests, or decision-support outputs
Strong product leadership, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

Lead complex analytics programs, product workstreams, and methodology development for trial planning and execution.
Convert strategic priorities into integrated delivery plans and coordinate contributors across business and technical teams.
Develop requirements, acceptance criteria, data/workflow needs, and user stories; partner through design, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Create concise analyses and narratives for portfolio, study, or capability leaders with clear observations and recommendations.
Ensure data sources, transformations, and business rules are traceable; resolve data-quality issues.
Build alignment across study teams, data owners, and vendors; plan communications and training.
Identify opportunities to automate tasks, improve workflows, and scale methods.
