Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MSc, PhD or equivalent).
8+ years of experience in clinical development, trial analytics, biostatistics, data governance, or management consulting.
Experience leading cross-functional analytics or transformation initiatives.
Experience governing analytics platforms or data products in regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, simulation, and ML concepts.
Ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence without authority.
Proven ability to lead teams across global functions.

Responsibilities

Own and sequence a capability-area roadmap for analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
Lead development, review, and governance of TAIP methods and standards.
Act as product owner for TAIP analytics products like Photon and other platforms.
Shape predictive modeling and ML applications within TAIP with governance and validation expectations.
Synthesize analyses into clear options, implications, risks and recommendations for senior forums.
Build analytical culture, coach teams, and lead matrix projects.
