Qualifications

• MBA, MSc, PhD, or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years across clinical development, trial analytics, biostatistics, data governance, or related fields.
• Leadership of cross-functional analytics, product, or transformation initiatives from concept through adoption.
• Experience governing analytics platforms, tools, or data products in regulated or high-risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, simulation, and machine learning to guide roadmap decisions.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders, frame decisions, manage ambiguity, and influence without authority.
• Proven ability to lead teams and operate across global functions.

Responsibilities

• Capability Roadmap & Portfolio Leadership - own and sequence a capability-area roadmap across advanced analytics, automation and AI-enabled decision support.
• Methodological Stewardship - lead development, review, and governance methods across TAIP capability areas.
• Analytics Products, Platforms & Value Delivery - act as business owner or senior product partner for TAIP analytics products.
• Applied Data Science & AI - shape predictive modeling, simulation, ML, and AI to inform trial decisions.
• Portfolio Decision Support - synthesize analyses into clear options and recommendations for senior forums.
• Capability Building & Analytical Culture - lead matrix teams, coach analytical judgment and problem solving.
