Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise engineering transformations and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and IaC with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Software Delivery strategy.
• Build and mentor Engineering Managers and senior engineers.
• Establish IDPs, reusable services, and self-service capabilities to improve productivity.
• Drive AI-assisted software engineering and intelligent automation adoption.
• Define and monitor engineering performance using metrics and governance.
