Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Sr. Technical Architect to drive the technology vision and establish architecture standards across digital products, platforms, and the technology portfolio.

The role partners with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Data & AI, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to align investments with business priorities while accelerating platform evolution. Hybrid role in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software architecture, cloud-native design, distributed systems, APIs, and modern software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, IaC, platform engineering, and modern app architecture.
• Experience with AI-enabled enterprise solutions and secure AI software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term solution architecture strategy, technology roadmaps, and architecture standards.
• Define and govern API strategies, integrations, and event-driven patterns across platforms.
• Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, platform engineering, and API modernization.
• Provide guidance to project teams and foster engineering excellence across the organization.
