Fortrea Poland Sp z o.o. is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management (Data & AI) to define and drive the enterprise Data & AI strategy, portfolio, and multi-year roadmap.

This role leads a team of Product Managers and partners with Engineering, Data, AI, and Security to deliver measurable business outcomes. The position requires extensive leadership experience in data, analytics, and AI product domains, with a proven ability to align strategy with business goals and manage executive-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience and successful project outcomes in lieu of educational requirements.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Technology Leadership, Data & Analytics, Digital Products, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise product portfolios, product organizations, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise Data & AI product strategy aligned to Fortrea's business objectives and three-year technology roadmap.
• Own the enterprise Data & AI product portfolio, including lifecycle management, governance, and performance management.
• Drive successful delivery of enterprise data and AI products from concept through deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Lead value realization reviews to demonstrate business impact and ROI.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and leadership professionals.
