Job summary

Fortrea Poland Sp z o.o. seeks a Sr. Technical Architect to lead technology vision, architecture strategy, and engineering standards across Fortrea's digital products and platforms.

You will partner with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Data & AI, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to align technology investments with business priorities while driving AI-enabled software modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term solution architecture strategy and roadmaps across Fortrea's digital products and platforms.
• Ensure architecture principles, standards, ADRs, and governance promote consistency, scalability and reuse.
• Lead cloud-native patterns with Azure, Kubernetes, containers, serverless, and API-first design.
• Define enterprise AI architecture patterns for LLMs, RAG, AI agents, MCP, vector DBs, and Responsible AI.
• Drive modernization initiatives: cloud migration, platform engineering, debt reduction, API modernization, microservices, and platform consolidation.
• Design reusable engineering platforms and internal developer capabilities to boost productivity.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, and design workshops with cross-functional teams.
