Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation seeks a Director of Business Transformation to lead the end-to-end AI and business process transformation agenda. You will translate strategic direction into an integrated portfolio and ensure disciplined execution across functions.

Partnering with the GM, CIO, and leaders, you will establish governance, drive change, and realize value while managing a globally remote organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data, or related field preferred.
• Senior transformation leader with proven cross-functional impact.
• 10+ years in digital or business transformation, AI, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a prioritized, multiyear AI and transformation roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end transformation lifecycle from opportunity to value realization.
• Ensure robust business cases, defined objectives, and measurable value tracking.
• Drive portfolio prioritization with CIO and delivery organizations.
• Own portfolio level value realization and executive reporting across metrics.
• Establish delivery standards and reuse of AI components for scale.
• Implement BU-level AI governance aligned with policies.
• Partner with CIO to translate requirements into technology and data needs.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance.
