Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Sourcing Expert in Poland to help develop and execute procurement strategies for third-party suppliers as part of the One Procurement program. The role involves coordinating with category management and project managers to conduct RFx exercises, select suppliers, support or lead negotiations, and ensure supplier performance and risk management.

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Good understanding of sourcing methodologies.
• Experience with data interpretation and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management.
• Project management from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned category.
• Lead supplier selection and RFx processes.
• Perform price analyses, Should-Cost modelling and TCO.
• Develop negotiation strategies and terms.
• Assess supplier financial stability and risk.
• Promote use of eSourcing and related tools.
• Drive price and contract negotiations with Category Management.
• Present recommendations to Sourcing Decision Board.
• Document sourcing progress and outcomes.
• Ensure full documentation at project closure.
• Adhere to ethical Fresenius procedures.
• Conduct global supplier identification and due diligence.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and proposals for evaluation.
