  • Ability to clearly communicate product vision and priorities, fostering collaboration and product value
  • Strong business and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business needs and strategic objectives into a clear product direction, roadmap and measurable value
  • Proven ability to build and empower high-performing product teams, creating ownership, trust and effective collaboration across different roles, functions and locations

Be part of theCorporate Data Products & AI Adoption team withing Digital Corporate Function. Data is the core component of the Volvo Group's digital transformation journey. In our team, we deliver value by fulfilling business needs within different data and analytics domains, in close collaboration with our key stakeholders and users. As the Digital Product Owner, you will own the solutions in the Finance Data Domain. You will turn the roadmap into deliverables and secure the alignment with the overall strategy and product vision. You will be the functional leader of the team, managing the backlog prioritization and delivery for several applications.You will gather the requirements from stakeholders across Group Finance to deliver solutions enabling data-driven business decisions.

Your future team

Your team will be a team of highly skilled data professionals, such as Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Architects. You will closely collaborate with Digital Product Managers from Group Finance. Your team and stakeholders are spread across different locations, mainly in Poland (Wroclaw) and Sweden (Gothenburg). You will report to the Head of Corporate Data Products & AI Adoption.
