E-commerce under the MS Schippers brand is the engine behind the international rollout of this mission; it is the webshop that makes our expertise and solutions scalable across Europe, with more than 8,000 products sold online to professional livestock farmers.To make this expansion to Poland successful, we are looking for a Digital Marketeer who can build the entire online performance funnel from scratch — from brand awareness to conversion and retention.This is not a role where you optimize what already exists. You will build it.Your mission: Launch and scale the Polish market through performance marketing.You will be responsible for:* **Brand Awareness & Market Positioning:** Creating brand awareness in a new market.* **Attracting new customers:** Building a scalable acquisition strategy.* **SEO & Organic Growth:** Increase visibility in search engines and AI-driven platforms.* **Paid performance marketing:** Turning traffic into profitable revenue.* **Data, Tracking & Optimization:** Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks. Turn insights into measurable improvements.You will work from Poland and collaborate closely with the HQ e-commerce team (NL) and the local sales team (PL) to ensure that content, promotions, and ideas with the right hooks and copy seamlessly connect with the needs of local livestock farmers.* Medior level (5+ years experience in performance marketing).* Proven experience in managing full-funnel campaigns.* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEA, SEO/GEO, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.* Experience with marketing analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.* You are commercially driven and results-oriented.* Native-level Polish writing and communication skills.* Fluent in English (international collaboration).* Experience in e-commerce required.* Experience in agriculture or B2B is a plus.You enjoy ownership.
