Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Digital Manufacturing and MES Transformation Lead to help clients modernise manufacturing operations through process standardisation, MES implementation and ERP integration. You will work with senior stakeholders, plant teams and tech specialists to translate strategic objectives into practical solutions.

You will lead programmes, advise on process optimisation, and drive end-to-end MES integration across environments while collaborating with BD

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing technology, MES, digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0 or manufacturing transformation.
Experience with CPG or Pharma environments.
Knowledge of MES platforms and ERP modules.
Consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead digital manufacturing transformation programmes for CPG and Pharma clients.
Advise clients on manufacturing process optimisation, standardisation and technology enablement.
Lead or support MES design and implementation across manufacturing environments.
Work across shop-floor systems, MES and ERP platforms to ensure end-to-end integration.
Engage with senior stakeholders, plant leadership and technical teams.
Define target operating models, process designs and roadmaps.
Support business development activities and client discussions.
