Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Poland is seeking an experienced Digital Manufacturing and MES Transformation Lead to help Consumer Goods, Pharma and logistics clients modernise manufacturing operations. You will translate strategic objectives into practical manufacturing and technology solutions.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, plant teams and technology specialists, defining target operating models, roadmaps and implementation plans while supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing technology, MES, digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0 or manufacturing transformation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and value chains.
• Experience with CPG, Pharma or other process manufacturing environments.
• Consulting experience is preferred, but candidates from industry, system integrators or technology vendors are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital manufacturing transformation programmes for CPG and Pharma clients.
• Advise clients on manufacturing process optimisation, standardisation and technology enablement.
• Lead or support MES design and implementation across manufacturing environments.
• Work across shop-floor systems, MES and ERP platforms to ensure effective end-to-end integration.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, plant leadership, business teams and technical teams.
• Help define target operating models, process designs, solution roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Support business development activities, proposals and client discussions where required.

About Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Manufacturing and MES Transformation Lead to join our Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics consulting practice. This role is focused on helping Consumer Packaged Goods and Pharma clients modernise their manufacturing operations through process standardisation, MES implementation, ERP integration and wider digital manufacturing transformation. You will work with senior business stakeholders, plant teams and technology specialists to translate strategic objectives into practical manufacturing and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital manufacturing transformation programmes for CPG and Pharma clients
• Advise clients on manufacturing process optimisation, standardisation and technology enablement
• Lead or support MES design and implementation across manufacturing environments
• Work across shop-floor systems, MES and ERP platforms to ensure effective end-to-end integration

About You

• Experience in manufacturing technology, MES, digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0 or manufacturing transformation
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and value chains
• Experience working with CPG, Pharma or other process manufacturing environments
• Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Plex, Apriso, GE Digital or similar
• Understanding of ERP manufacturing modules such as production, quality and maintenance
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be beneficial
• Consulting experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates from industry, system integrators or technology vendors
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English and Polish required
