The role partnerships with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support enable continuous improvement across Fitch’s financial market insights ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or digital-first roles.
- Experience with AI, automation and modern customer engagement tools.
- Data-driven with usage metrics, trends and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Own digital onboarding, adoption, re-engagement and renewal journeys.
- Design scalable digital programs guiding customers through onboarding and adoption.
- Analyze usage and entitlement data to identify activation gaps and opportunities.
- Translate insights into targeted digital journeys to improve engagement and time-to-value.
- Test, refine and optimise engagement using performance data and experimentation.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for customer communications.
