Job summary

Amentum is seeking a SWMC Operator to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. You will be responsible for safe operation of solid waste management equipment, conducting collection, sorting, processing, and disposal tasks in line with the SWMC O&M Manual.

The role requires high school diploma, ability to travel internationally, and strict adherence to safety and environmental standards. You will work at the Solid Waste Management Center, performing inspections and maintenance and documenting

• Proven knowledge of solid waste management processes, including waste handling, sorting and safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate solid waste management equipment per SWMC O&M Manual.
• Must be able to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.

Responsibilities
